Synopsis: When Bonnie and Clyde meet, their mutual cravings for excitement and fame immediately set them on a mission to chase their dreams. Their bold and reckless behavior turns the young lovers’ thrilling adventure into a downward spiral, putting themselves and their loved ones in trouble with the law. Forced to stay on the run from every southern state’s police force, the lovers resort to robbery and murder to survive. As the infamous duo’s fame grows bigger, their inevitable end draws nearer.
Casting: The role of Clyde Barrow will be played by Johnny Hebda, and the role of Bonnie Parker will be played by Madeline Weinberger. All other roles are open. 8m, 6f, plus ensemble for a cast of approximately 20. Ages 18–60, plus Young Bonnie (female, approximately age 12) and Young Clyde (male, approximately age 12).
Auditions: Tuesday, August 20 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Echo Theatre in Provo and Wednesday, August 21 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Murray Theater.
Callbacks: Saturday, August 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Murray Theater.
