The award-winning musical “Carousel,” which Rodgers and Hammerstein called their favorite composition, was referred to by “Time” magazine to as “the best play of the 20th century.” Rarely produced in Utah, “Carousel” will incorporate elements from the 1994 Lincoln Center revival.  The story of one man’s repentance, “Carousel” is based on the play “Liliom” and features American Songbook classics such as “You’ll Never Walk Alone” and “If I Loved You.”  “Carousel” will be performed with a live orchestra.
